ABOUT US
Back in 2007, there were no recipes and no rules for a vegetarian fine-dining restaurant in Berlin. So, we created a cuisine of our own at Cookies Cream, which incorporates modern processing techniques alongside traditional ingredient knowledge. We source most of our supplies freshly harvested from our farmer in Krielow/Brandenburg. Our dishes change with the seasons, and although we focus on regional products, we draw inspiration from many places and their produce. Cookies Cream is ever-changing and never the same, always true to our belief in pristine products – carefully chosen, respectfully prepared, and lovingly served. This dedication to quality and innovation has propelled Cookies Cream to pioneer status in Berlin's vegetarian and vegan fine dining scene. The experimental, purely vegetarian, and vegan cuisine of Cookies Cream was awarded its first Michelin star in 2018 and has retained it ever since.
